Kingdom Time

Happy Day 160 of 2014!

Hope everybody had a great weekend! I did. Saturday felt like Saturday. And Sunday, well, its having a different feel to it now. I’m moving in the flow of things. I do thank God for Sundays.

Pentecost Sunday was on June 8, 2014. We should recognize the Church that Jesus started. We should celebrate the birthday of the CHURCH. We seem to celebrate the churches that people have founded more than the CHURCH that Jesus as founder. Pentecost Sunday seems to be a lessor thing.

We’re in Kingdom time now. They say it’s ordinary time. But, it’s not. We are in the kingdom of God whether we are aware of it or not. When Jesus rose from the grave…a new age began. We have a new King! The earth belongs to the Lord.

The kingdom of God is on the earth. And the kingdom of God is coming. The Spirit of God is moving. God’s beauty surround us wherever we go. We have to have eyes to see and ears to hear what the Spirit of the Lord is revealing.

May the Lord grant us what we need to hear and see what He wants us to.
May we see the beauty of living in the now.
May the Lord help to see Him in ways we haven’t seen Him before.

Thanks for reading,

I am glad you brought these points up–the start of the church and living in the age of the Kingdom.

I am not student of scripture or history. I doubt anyone would disagree about the start of the church, but I think their is honest differences of opinion by fine Christians scholars as to when the Kingdom begins. I don’t know enough about it.
