Internet: A Real World?

We search to seek what we can find on the world wide web. Is this internet system apart of the REAL World? There is so much to explore. There is so much.

There’s things that we can do on the internet. We can email and download things. We can search to find our hearts desires. But is the a REAL World?

If people can send virus to shut down our computers. If people can say nasty things on comments. If people can steal others’ identity or information. Is that REAL?

There are people who write things that are not truth. There have been some who have committed suicide because of what they thought was the truth. People are suing people for what they do or say online.

There are a lot of things that I see in this internet world. I’ve come across blog sites where people swear. How rude. I have seen a Christian site that displayed some things that I choose not to look at.

We can see the internet in many ways. There are some who may say that it’s not a real world. It’s a Cyber World. Then there are some who can say there isn’t realness to this world.

We can send joy to others. Just at we can send treats to cause harm. Life is real. What we do with our lives means things.

So Is the Internet: A Real World? It is to those who see it as so.

Father God,
We thank You, for the idea of the internet. May we be protected by those who causes us harm. May we be humble in our speech. May we be kind in what we say and do in Jesus’ name Amen.

While On The Journey…
Internet: A Real World?

What do you think?
What’s displayed on the internet can bring some things that affect our lives whether we realized it or not.

Blessings to you,
Susan

Good Points, Susan. I got jumped by church goers due to some of my photos of people and my narrative–it was my humor on display, so I had to tone it down. I will just have to make Xanga pure as the wind driven snow since almost all who go their are strong Christians and I am not. I will have to obey.

I say that to say this. The internet have me a chance to display my humor and most liked it–but, no more. In this case, I have to do what many church goers do–play pretend–not be who they really are. In James, he suggested Christians confessing their sins to each other—what a great idea that no one does out of fear it will be misused.

The internet is just another reality. As you point out, some same hateful, false things–lie and cause trouble—that they would never do in person.

I always tell my wife when she starts complaining about sinners that Romans 3:23 covers it—All have sinned—everyone, and they are doing what sinners do–sin. They need Jesus for sure.

    Blessings

      Hello Frank,

Thanks for sharing. Yes, we have to be corrected by our peers from time to time. We all sin and fall short. of the glory of God.. Along the journey we need to grow in the light of what the Spirit of God is telling us. There are times when God speaks to us…to change. Then there are times God will send bold people into our lives to speak the truth in love.

We have to be obedience to the leading of the Spirit. We know when we are over the line. We have to have the right people in our lives who we respect or can speak to us. We shouldn’t get uptight about being corrected. It does hurt. But in the long run, when we change we are in line with the will of God. Lord have mercy on us.

I hope you will continues to be lead by the Spirit. You are a Christian. That’s important. We have our differences. We follow the same God, our Lord Jesus Christ. Stay on the journey. Peace be with you.

      Blessings,
      Susan
