The weather is weird; like it can’t make up its mind

“Old Man Winter is alive and well.  Indeed it is Winter.  I shouldn’t be complaining. I feel sorry for the people who had tons of snow and flooding over the weekend. God is with you.

I was thinking about the weather the past week. I came home from church on Sunday. It was 42 degree. I saw some robins. I noticed that some of the grass is still green surrounded by some snow.

Yes, it is muddy in some places. The temperature comes in many ranges. The high has been is in the 30’s, 40’s and climbing to the 50’s this weekend. This is weird.

It’s a cycle of wacky weather. We have snow, fog, rain, ice, cold spells, sunshine and cloudy days come and go. Oh, this weather. But, I’m thankful it’s not too bad.

January is about over. Soon they’ll be dragging that poor groundhog from his home. We don’t need a groundhog  to tell us that we will have 6 more weeks of Winter. My goodness.

Oh, well. I hope that you are safe during this Winter season. Especially those in Winter storm. The LORD is with you.

May we be thankful that God is always with us. May we see the good of having Winter. May the joy of the LORD be our strength as we go through life’s challenges. Amen.

Thanks for reading.

I fee we are being teased. Some rain, but not enough—-time running out.
