In The After Flow: With Great Memories

I hope all had a wonderful time yesterday. I sure did celebrating the 4th. I had the honor to gather with some of my siblings and their children.

I’m thankful that we got together. It’s nice to see the ones I haven’t seen in a while. We always have a good time when we’re gather. Through the years, there are some of us to meet all the time.

I’ve noticed we had a lot to talk about. We were louder this year. We all had something to share with one another. It’s a good feeling that we can pick up on some things that we didn’t know about.

Our gathering was about 2 hours or so. Then we went our ways. Some went home. While some of us met up again to shoot off fireworks after dark. It was beautiful!

We had so much fun. We created many memories. We stayed outside till about 10:30 PM. The noise in the air sounded like gun shots. It was  like being in a war zone. But, this was the 4th of July.

In all, I’m thankful that we got to witness the joy of the Lord.  Thank God for family and friends. Our times are in His hands. What we do with our time is valuable. We should learn to use our time well.

May we cherries the moments that we have.
May we join together with family and friends as often as we can.
May we remember each day is a gift from God.

Thanks for reading.
