The Election: Some After Thoughts ~ May we keep our eyes on Jesus

I’m glad that it’s over and done with. Let’s move on. Keep praying. Here are some of my facebook posts from the presidential election 2016.

Now, what? Breathe in, Breathe out, Breathe in, and out. Keep your eyes on Jesus. We can’t see in the dark without God. He’s our God.

Be the light of Christ where you’re at. God is up to something. It’s okay to express your feelings. Don’t get bitter. Keep your joy of the Lord.

The world is in for some more changes….Now we’re in as such a time to be Christ like. Wake up America! We need to seek God more than ever. Say what you want to say. ~ LORD have mercy on us. Be our Light in this darken world.

I’m more shocked than anything. I’m not upset. But more of what in the world, daze to the changes in how people have reacted to the presidential election outcome in the U.S.

We say what we say. Then have to be humble enough to change our attitude. Peace begins. Only God can humble the pride: heal the broken-hearted.

We all have our differences. We can voice our mind without thinking what we are saying. We need to calm down. We need to ask God to help us to forgive and not be prideful. Forgiveness takes time when we’re wounded by words or actions. (Being so full of pride can puffy us up.)

We should rethink our lives. For those who are uptight. Ask yourself, why am I so mad and upset? I pray that the peace of God will flood your heart and mind. Don’t get bent all out of shape over something that’s all said and done. You’re only adding fuel to the fire that will continue to burn within you. Get your mind on something else.

Do we believe that there is a God? One nation? If we are divided ,we can’t stand. We need God to show us how to live as One nation.

There’s still hope for the nation….Changes are coming. God is shaping and reforming His people. Tune in to His Spirit. God be with you. Be humble and do not faint. Press on. Keeping your eyes on Jesus.

May the Lord guide us in the way the we need to go.
May there be healing to the hurting.
May there be unite in the division. Amen.

Thanks for reading.
God bless you.
