A Mentor / Teacher

The 43rd Week of Gratitude ~ A Mentor/ Teacher ~ I’m thankful for all the teachers and mentors who have crossed paths throughout my lifetime.  I’m thankful for their openness to share about their lives. I’m thankful for caring people.

In my upbringing, my early mentors and teachers were my close family members. As I grew in age, there came others. I don’t want mention the names of the teachers / mentors in my life. What’s important, is that I’m following Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God.
Life is about Jesus. I look for the Spirit of God in people.

Indeed, The Holy Spirit is with me every moment of the day. I have His guidance. I have to learn to be in tune with Him. I’m thankful that I’ve been maturing as I’m walking and communing with God.

I’m thankful for the people God has placed in my life.
Those who I’ve been there for me and have not given up on me.
Those who have seen things in me that I did not see.
Those who have spoken words into my life when I was weary.
Those who took time with me and helped me along my journey.

I believe that everyone we meet teaches us some things.  And for those in whom I’ve listen to, those who have imparted things into my spirit; either for the good or the bad,
I’m learning  from life’s experiences. And I’ll continue to learn and be transformed on the journey of Life. I’m thankful for those who have influenced my me.

May we learn to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.
May we always go to Jesus, no matter what happens.
May we learn that we’re all teaching others something.
May God use us to be teachable to share the story of Jesus.

Thanks for reading.
God bless you.
