Technology: Then And Now

Week 46 of Gratitude ~ Technology ~

There’s so much technology.  I’m thankful that I can do what I can keep up with.  There’s something new every day. I’m amazed by what I’m learning.

Back in the days: of VCRs, the tape recorders, cassette tapes, the early cell phones, computers, lap tops. dish washer, the microwaves, I thought that these things were something. And now, how things have changed.

I’m thankful that through the years, that there are better products becoming available. And that’s more knowledge to figure out how to work. I didn’t know what download or upload was. Let alone burning a CD, cropping photos? copy and paste?

It took me a while to learn how to use a cell phone. I’m still learning how use my computer. It has taking me time. But, I’m catching on. I can order things online.

I’ve heard that we can clap our hands to make some things work. There are devices where we can speak some words and it can do some things for us. And I thought to set a timer and it will turn on a device for us was something.

We can only imagine. What more could be out there? Technology is on the loose. Who could imagine to see and talk to someone on a cell phone.  It’s like being two places at once.

May we learn to adjust to the changing technology.
Amen!

Thanks for reading.
God bless you.
